My name is Sydney Adams and I’m originally from Columbia, South Carolina, USA. I received my B.S. degree in Psychology from the College of Charleston. This is my third year at TIDE Academy teaching math and English to grades 1 to 4. Out of  the many reasons I love teaching at TIDE, my favorite part is the personal relationships I’m able to develop with my students. Prior to coming to Costa Rica, I lived and taught in Thailand and Peru as well! In my free time, I enjoy walking with my dog, Boo, doing yoga, relaxing or reading a book!
